Clients can expect a response within 21 days from the date of their inquiry.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the grievance by lodging a complaint with SEBI at http://scores.gov.in or by writing directly to the SEBI office.
In case the client is still dissatisfied after following the above steps, they may initiate dispute resolution through the ODR Portal.
